About Promise to Help

 My passion for helping others began in 2016 when I took on a cleaning role alongside my full-time position as a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator. The individual I assisted was a gentleman named Peter, whose wife had sadly passed away. He required support with housekeeping, which initially involved general cleaning tasks such as light dusting, vacuuming, changing bedding, and tidying up.
Over time, my role expanded to include running errands, accompanying Peter to doctor’s appointments, visiting the hospital, and preparing meals. However, the most rewarding aspect of this experience for both of us was the companionship we shared. We became close friends, engaging in meaningful conversations, laughter, and light-hearted moments, which truly enriched our lives.
Unfortunately, in 2019, Peter passed away. I continued with my 9-to-5 job for the next five years, but I always knew that my true calling was in helping others. The caring, positive side of me longed to resurface. In May 2024, I made the decision to leave my job and pursue my passion for caregiving full-time.
Caring for others is something I hold very dear. It brings me immense joy and fulfilment to see people happy, well cared for, and supported.
